Psychobabble

While passing through the television section of an electronics store I paused for a moment to look at the various models which were tuned to the afternoon soaps. I don't know which show it was or the characters' names. A woman was lecturing a younger man on his bad behavior. She reminded him that he had abandoned Tiffany? once before, that he was about to do it again, and that his bad behavior would likely cause her feelings of abandonment to resurface, just when she was going through this most difficult and vulnerable time....yada yada....blah blah. He was pacing, obviously agitated, and angrily retorted, "If I have to listen to anymore of this psychobabble I think I'm going to hurl!"
AHHHhhh. Now there is some realistic dialogue. I wish I had been in the writer's room when it was created. Heeehee.
